The City of Boise is accepting public comment for draft Annual Action Plan (Program Year 2017) from July 7 - July 24, 2017.
Citizens of Boise are invited to provide input on the Program Year 2017 Housing and Community Development Annual Action Plan. The Plan identifies Boise’s affordable housing and community development needs including strategies to address those needs. The Action Plan also identifies priorities for funding with primarily Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds expected to be received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development beginning October 1, 2017.
A public meeting will be hosted on July 19, 2017 at 10:00 am in the Greenbelt Conference Room (3rd floor).

Draft Annual Action Plan
For this program year only, HUD has issued a waiver of the 30-day public comment period to a minimum of 14-days. This will allow the City of Boise to obtain feedback, seek Mayor/Council approval, and submit to HUD before August 16, 2017.
